弄出来才觉得用处可能不那么大，模版是死的，材料和文章是活的。大概重在过程了？Anyway,多看两遍争取背下来吧——其实反过来说，自己写出来的东西，到考试时候也应该差不多的。。。晕

Giving the evidence that …, the arguer asserts…, which seems persuasive. However, when examined earnestly, this argument is based on a groundless assumption and is fraught of logical faults as follows.

To begin with, the researcher who conducted the study is likely to have assumed that…without providing concrete proof. Can … really … as the arguer claims? Unless further study and adequate statistics is supplied, the advocation is not convincing at all. It also is known that there might be several other factors to affect the result of the study, such as….Without ruling these elements out, the assumption is open to doubt itself.

Another flaw that undermine the conclusiont's validity is that …. Obviously, the arguer commits a fallacy of ….

Thirdly, whether … or not is still a problem to discuss. Common sense tells us that…. Furthermore, …

In addition, (the fact that)… does not mean that…. We know nothing about …. Does…? Does…? …might…. …… To support the recommendation, the arguer has to supply more evidence to…

Finally, there exist vague demonstrations such as….

To sum up, with an unwarranted assumption based on and logical faults the arguer commits, the argument/suggestion/recommendation is in fact invalid and probably misleading. To lend strong support to what the arguer maintains, concrete evidence, further study and sufficient statistics must be offered.
